Water-jet cutting

Artigo can supply rubber flooring cut to pre-requested sizes or into kits to speed up the installation process. Cutting process is by water jet, without causing any deformation of the flooring. Perfect joints between pieces are ensured. The technology allows to cut logos and complicate patterns.

Inlaid logos

Artigo has developed a unique technology to offer inlaids and logos with no seams: there is no cut through the floor’s thickness. Adhesive and edge sealer are no longer necessary because of the single and seamless surface. The result is a totally waterproof surface, with no risk of detachments, able to withstand the heaviest traffic conditions on all passenger vehicles.

Q-Fix

Launched in 2011, the Q-Fix Artigo floors with adhesive backing are the ideal solution for installation in all means of transport. All types of flooring can be available with adhesive up to a maximum width of 2 meters, a unique feature that only Artigo can offer. Installation is simple and adhesion is immediate, to avoid the long waiting times of traditional adhesives. The emission of VOC is extremely reduced compared to two-component or solvent based adhesives.

Rolls up to 2 mts wide

The majority of Artigo Transport floorings can be produced on the exceptional 2 mts width; this solution guarantees a reduction of joints or the possibility of placing them in an area protected from foot traffic.
